FAQs

Do you offer custom work?

Yes! Every piece is unique so please contact me to work out the details.

Will you make a tutorial of this piece?

No. My primary focus is the creation of new artworks. My tutorials are few and far between, and if I haven’t already made one for the piece you have in mind, I most likely will not.

How do I care for beadwork?

Beadwork is sturdier than it appears, and a small drop shouldn’t damage it. It shouldn’t be tugged on or squeezed, as that will cause beads to break.

The thread used is monofilament and waterproof. A light dusting with a damp washcloth is sufficient to clean dusty beads. Excessive rubbing will cause the finish on some of the beads to wear off.

Store beadwork out of direct sunlight, as some colors can fade over time in the sun.

What if my beadwork becomes damaged?

I can repair almost any damage that might happen over the course of one of my sculpture’s natural life. Please save any beads that fall off if you can and email me detailed pictures of the damage. Once I have an idea of the scope of the damage we can discuss a fee for repairs and shipping.

What are your shipping policies?

Within the US, my sculptures ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Signature confirmation can be required upon request by email, and I require signature confirmation on all pieces over $500 unless otherwise instructed by the buyer. USPS comes with insurance up to $100 and additional insurance can be requested via email before the package ships.

If you are outside the US and would like to purchase my art, please contact me so we can work out the details of shipping providers, insurance, and customs.
